 The three armed form of the Brunay Base makes a unique conversation piece yet provides practical support. The inwardly curled style provides a sturdy secure setting for your tabletop. Designed with rounded ages and soft curves, the design makes this base perfect for a small dining area or family room. As crazy as this may sound, I was inspired to create this piece while I was studying the history of the Gladiators. As I got more into the history of this very interesting time period, I saw a drawing of a Gladiator flexing both of his biceps. It was a bit difficult for him to flex his arms, because of some heavy armor that was placed over his shoulders. This leather armor had scales that were similar to the carving that I have placed here on the outside of each supporting arm. Also, take a look at the resemblance of the supporting arms to a man flexing his biceps! Distinctive Dimensions:- ● Measures: 29 inches tall, 23 inches wide and has a depth of 23 inches.
